PT Minera Nusa Drillindo Held A Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP)

PT Minera Nusa Drillindo held a freshgraduate development program (FGDP), which was attended by 97 participants from 16 vocational highschools (SMK) all over Indonesia, start on June 7th 2024. This program is specifically designed for new graduates who have an interest in studying the mining industry, especially the drilling industry. It can accelerate their career development process and prepare them to take on roles in the future, thereby broadening their insight and knowledge about the mining industry, specifically the mining industry and helping develop their potential to the maximum. With this FGDP program, the company will get new seeds who are competent, have a high mentality and work ethic to achieve company goals in accordance with the company's vision and missions.
