STJ Budi Santoso
President Commissioner
STJ Budi Santoso has a total of 26 years of national and international work experience in exploration, project development and operation for both principal technical and senior management levels in several major mining companies such as Western Mining Company, Cyprus Amax, Phelps Dodge Corp, Freeport-McMoRan, BHP Billiton, and J Resources. STJ Budi holds a Master of Economic Geology from the University of Tasmania. He is an exploration geologist with strong field and sound technical background with a proven track record of discoveries and resources expansion in a wide range of commodities, mostly in major deposit types of gold, copper, and cobalt. STJ Budi is a member of AusIMM, SEG, Lindgren Awards Committee of SEG, IAGI (CPI-IAGI), Joint Committee (Kombers) KCMI IAGI-PERHAPI and trusted to be the Chairman of MGEI in the second period from 2021 until 2024.
Bowo Kusnanto
President Director
Bowo Kusnanto has over 25 years of experience in the resources sector including 15 years in exploration managerial roles of various both ASX, BEI listed companies; such as Freeport Mc Moran, Zinifex, Perilya, Oxiana/MMG, Tiger Realm Minerals, J Resources, and Asiamet Resources. Kusnanto holds a bachelor in geology from UPN, he is an exploration geologist with solid technical background in a wide range of project stages from greenfield, brownfield, and operating mine with proven track records for every project and position he held either in Indonesia or overseas. Bowo is a competent person for exploration reporting of gold, copper and its associated minerals.
Wahyu Wafiq S
Operations Director
Wahyu Wafiq has over 25 years of work experience in drilling industry for both technical and senior management level in several multi-national drilling companies. He is a well-known professional in drilling industry with an excellent track record throughout his career. One of his strengths is managing and collaborating with clients and successfully delivering companies’ objectives in various complex and challenges of technical and non-technical circumstances working conditions throughout Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Wahyu Wafiq holds Master Degree of Management from Esa Unggul University. He started his career as a driller in Pelsart Group of Companies from 1995 to 1996. He moved to Coredrill IndoAsia in 1996 with his last position was a drilling supervisor. In 2000, Wahyu joined PT Antero Indodrill with his last position was Operation Manager. He served as a director of PT Indodrill Indonesia since 2010. He is also secretary of APMI (Indonesia Management Practitioners Association) and active member of MGEI (Indonesian Society of Economic Geologists).
Nur Tri Atmaji
Finance Director
Nur Tri Atmaji has over 20 years of work experience building and leading finance teams in large companies with significant operating scale & complexity. Previously, he served in various positions at PT Petrosea Tbk, including GM Financial Controller, Statutory Reporting Manager, Senior Cost Control, Account Payable Superintendent, Senior Project Accountant, Asset Accountant. As CFO, he oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning & analysis, treasury, M&A, Audit, & tax functions. He earned his Bachelor of Accountancy from Diponegoro University and Master of Management in Finance from Pelita Harapan University.
Sugeng Darminto
Technical & Maintenance Manager
Sugeng Darminto (Chiko) has over 30 years of national and international technical work experience in drilling industry in several multi-national drilling companies. He is a well-known professional in drilling industry with an excellent track record. His strength is successfully delivering innovative solution in various complex and challenges mechanical aspects in drilling operations throughout Indonesia, Southeast Asia, Australia and Africa. Sugeng started his career as a mechanic in Pelsart Group of Companies from 1992 to 1996. He moved to Coredrill IndoAsia in 1997 with his last position was a mechanic supervisor. In 1999, Sugeng joined Radial Drilling as a mechanic supervisor. He then worked for Stanley Mining Services in Africa from 2000 to 2009 as a mechanic supervisor before joining PT Indodrill Indonesia in 2010 as an Assistance Maintenance Manager.
